Thorburn Associates provides integrated collaborative designs for both new construction and renovations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a full-time Business Development Associate to join us in our Morrisville, NC location. The position will be based out of our office, with the ability to be hybrid. To perform this job, you must be located in the Raleigh-Durham area to meet with potential clients and attend industry-focused events and activities.

As the first point of contact for the company, you will build relationships between our firm and prospective clients. You must be able to make a positive and professional first impression on prospective clients, provide information regarding the company’s services, make recommendations pertaining to such services, and foster and maintain relationships. You will work closely with the Business Development team to provide our clients with proposals and associated qualification materials. You will be responsible for managing your contacts and opportunities within the company’s CRM and maintaining a solid pipeline.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking and has a technical mindset. They must be self-motivated and possess strong time management skills.

Location and Hours:

Position available in the Morrisville, NC office. Typical office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-noon eastern. This position will require attendance at events outside regular business hours. To qualify for a hybrid work from home schedule employees must have a dedicated distraction free work environment and reliable high-speed internet.
